Refund policy

Return Policy

At Luxury Perfumes, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. After 14 days from the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or order number is required to process the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Collection Box (5ml Tester Set)

These products are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

How to Request a Return

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
